2. Confidentiality & AI Data Usage

We understand that legal drafting often involves highly sensitive and confidential information. Our platform is built with the following strict privacy protocols:

• No Public Searchability: Your generated motions and case details are never indexed by search engines and are not accessible to the public.
• No Model Training: We use the Enterprise/Developer tier of Google Gemini API. Your data is used only to generate your specific document and is not used by Google or Draft Master to train or improve global AI models.
• Transient Processing: Information sent to the AI is processed in a secure environment and is not permanently stored by the AI provider.
• Zero Local Storage: Draft Master does not store your generated motions on our local servers or databases. The motion exists only in your browser session. The only exception is if you choose to export via email, in which case the content is temporarily processed to facilitate delivery.

3. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. We use encryption for data at rest and in transit.

4. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of legal work. We do not sell your personal data or case details to third parties. Access to your data by our staff is strictly limited and monitored.

5. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers for authentication (Clerk) and AI processing (Google Gemini). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
